Information we collect
When you register, we retain your email address, display name, and hashed password. We also retain necessary login sessions, submissions, comments, downloads, and page-view analytics. Avatars, screenshots, and submitted files are stored in Cloudflare R2.
Launcher analytics
When the launcher opens or successfully creates the SCUM game process, it may report the event time, event mode, launcher version, and a random installation identifier. The server stores only a salted hash of that identifier. We do not use IP addresses, hardware fingerprints, MAC addresses, or device identifiers to estimate users. The displayed unique-device count is an estimate, not a count of real people.
How we use information
This information is used only to provide accounts, submission review, comments, downloads, security protection, and operational analytics. We do not sell personal information.
Cookie
The site uses essential cookies for sign-in and language preferences, and Google Analytics for anonymous traffic trends. You can limit non-essential cookies in your browser.
Retention and your rights
Account information is retained while the account exists. You may contact the administrator to request correction or deletion of personal information; some records may be kept for a reasonable period for copyright, security, and audit needs.
